A new 5-star hotel and spa resort, covering approximately 70,000 square meters in 80+ structures, spread over 50+ acres in a sea of beautiful red sand dunes. Final project budget: $900 million. Qasr al Sarab features 154 guestrooms divided among 14 buildings. A cohesive design creates consistency among them, yet each is individual. Loosely translated, Qasr al Sarab means “fort of the mirage.” Here dunes as high as 100 meters stretch into the far distance,like the swells on an infinite sand sea. The deceptive simplicity and utter magnificence of this vast natural wonder is part of every view, and is a vital component of DUBARCH’s design.
